In-Store User Interface

The videos included on this page provide an introduction to the typical user interface for in-store managers and supervisors.

In-Store Scheduling View

This video presents a typical user interface for a manager responsible for preparing schedules for a group of departments or scheduling areas. 

Time Record Release

This video presents the optional time record release function designed to encourage managers and supervisors to correct errors in a timely fashion so the payroll export process can be completed on schedule.

If this function is enabled users are automatically prompted to correct time record errors and release  time records for payroll processing.  Once time records are released further edits are blocked.  Payroll administrators typically have permission to un-release (unlock) time records if a manager identifies an error after time records have been released.
