Create Authorization Code

To create an authorization code for a licensed copy of the legacy QServ Enterprise Manager please enter the seed key displayed in the authorization form and click on the Submit button.

The authorization code will be sent by e-mail.

Please contact Focus Systems Corporation at Support@QServ-Online.com if you are requesting an authorization code for a new installation of the QServ Enterprise Manager.
